Reports to: Programme Manager – Tutorial and Intervention
Responsible for: Tutor Groups
Contract: Term Time plus 10 working days (0.908FTE)
Salary: Support Scale 9- £33,727- £36,430 (£30,633 – 33,088 pro rata)
Start Date: Wednesday 19th August 2026.

We are presently seeking a Progress Coach in supporting students’ academic progress, personal development, and overall wellbeing. They will be working closely with teaching staff, support services, and students. The Progress Coach ensures that every learner receives the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed and thrive at Leyton Sixth Form College
