Another Year of A Level and Vocational Success at Leyton Sixth Form College

Leyton Sixth Form College is proud to celebrate the amazing achievements of its students following the release of this year’s A Level and vocational results. The Class of 2025 has demonstrated remarkable skill, dedication, and ambition, achieving outcomes that reflect both their hard work and the unwavering support of staff. 

Highlights from this year’s results include: 

An A Level Pass Rate of over 98%  

A 5% increase in top A Level grades, with 40% of students achieving A*-B and 69% A*-C 

15 A Level courses achieved high grades of 50% and above 

Outstanding vocational outcomes, with 45% of students achieving triple Distinction*/Distinction. 

Across the board, 65% of Level 3 students achieved high grades. 

Successful progression to a wide range of destinations, including Russell Group universities, drama schools, art colleges, music conservatoires and competitive apprenticeships.

“We are absolutely delighted with the results our students have achieved this year. Whether pursuing A Levels or vocational qualifications, they have shown determination and commitment, and we couldn’t be prouder of their success. These results open doors to exciting futures — whether in the creative industries, clinical professions such as medicine, pharmacy and nursing or in technology, finance or engineering. 

These achievements are a testament to the strength of our learning community and the high expectations that we have for what we can achieve together. I want to thank our staff for their tireless dedication and our families for their ongoing support. Most of all, I want to congratulate our students — they have truly earned this moment. We cannot wait to see what they go on to achieve next.”
