Please tell us about any education or work experiences which are relevant to your role as a Governor

In my current and previous work roles, the area of financial management and sustainability whilst providing high quality services has been part of my working life. I have seen and been part extensive change to the NHS and health sector and this has helped me in managing my career. This experience in change management has helped me in my support to LSC as a Independent Governor.

Please tell us why you wanted to be a Governor for LSC specifically and what you hope to achieve in this role

I believe that through good quality education, whilst providing a wider support for students will help them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Being part of LSC I have heard and seen in action how the institution cares about their students well being. Having lived in the local area all my life, I feel that I want to give something back in terms of my experience and also help LSC and its student achieve its long term vision.
