We host a wide range of exercise classes based around sport and exercise which are open to all ability groups on a pay as you go basis. As you can work at your own pace it’s ideal for those new to group fitness, those returning to exercise, and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness, strength and flexibility.
Our very experienced instructor skilfully adapts the classical poses to suit your body. Find strength, poise and peace in a beautiful dance studio with ambience and aromatic oils. All equipment provided, beginners welcome.
